Episode 15 - Responding To Injustice - Ecclesiastes 3:16-22
Why does God allow injustice?
And how are we supposed to respond when wickedness seems to prevail—even in places where righteousness and justice should be upheld?
In Ecclesiastes 3:16-22, Solomon reminds us that injustice is nothing new. But neither is God’s justice. God sees it all, God has a purpose, and God WILL judge the righteous and the wicked in His perfect timing.
So what do we do in the meantime?
We trust God’s timing. We resist the temptation to take vengeance into our own hands. We allow God to use difficult circumstances to purify our faith. And instead of becoming consumed by everything that’s wrong with the world, we embrace the opportunities God gives us to live out His righteousness right where we are.
The world may be filled with injustice, but God is still sovereign, His Word is still true, and payday is coming.
That’s what’s good! 🙏
